Josh Pfendler grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. His interest in building and creation began at an early age, as well as his knack for taking things apart. Josh moved from Indiana to Savannah, GA in 2000 to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design. It wasn't until January 2008 when Josh started to put things back together. His love of bicycles and all things 'green' inspired him to create Pure Bikes, a home based bicyle restoration business.
